Autumn is a beautiful time of the year and the children at Longfield Academy have been learning all about it! They have been busy collecting fallen leaves in the garden and turning them into exciting art. The children and staff of Longfield Academy turned out in style today to celebrate Tipperary in the All Ireland Hurling Final on Sunday. We had a great day of fun and games and Ciara even baked us a cake... Yum !

Our new preschool children all arrived into Longfield Academy, full of smiles and great excitement. Some of the parents needed more reassuring than the children as there little butterflies took to the wind and a new chapter in their life. We look forward to spending time getting to know each and every one and watching them grow into confident young children. 

Our Manager Fiona nominated all the staff of Longfield Academy to take part in the ice bucket challenge for MND Ireland. So on a cold Wednesday in August we decided to take on the challenge...
