Longfield Academy is owned by Donagh McMahon and his wife Lisa McMahon. Donagh and Lisa are closely involved in the recruitment and retention of passionate, highly qualified early years practitioners and work closely with the management team to ensure that high quality care and education is being delivered across both of our early years services.

Donna O' Connor and Anne Sheehan have been working at Longfield Academy for the past nine years. Both Donna and Anne hold B.A. in Early Years and Childhood Studies and are passionate about the provision of quality care and education as well as creating trusting relationships with all parents and guardians.
They work in partnership with our Deputy Childcare Managers and Supervisors to ensure that each day runs smoothly and most importantly that every child is happy when they arrive to creche in the morning and when they are leaving to go home in the evening.
Donna and Anne strive to ensure that both services are fully Tusla, Pobal and DCEDIY compliant at all times.
